TPO/47/96 (1) Oak 1) Reduce all lateral branch work overhanging the garden area by up to 2.5 metres, cutting to suitable growth points or side branches for regrowth to occur, and blend into the uppermost canopy for shape and balance. 2) Remove all major deadwood within this portion of the canopy. 3) Sever and strip Ivy climber leaving a 1.0 meter clear band around the base of the trunk and leave to die naturally
